2. Eligibility

Our offerings are intended for those aged 18 and above. It is your responsibility to ensure eligibility before participating.

3. Services

Services include one-on-one coaching, retreats, workshops, and live seminars. Details of each service, including schedules and fees, are available on our website.

4. Information Products

Information products consist of digital courses, guided meditations, and e-books delivered online immediately after purchase. Access credentials will be provided via email.

5. Goods

Physical items such as crystals, journals, and ritual tools are shipped to your address. Shipping timeframes vary based on location.

6. Fees

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars and are due at the time of registration or purchase. Soularynthea reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

Satisfaction is our priority. Our refund arrangements differ by offering:

7.1 Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, workshop, or retreat, Soularynthea will initiate a full refund within seven business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory expenses. Instead, you may reschedule once at no extra cost, subject to availability.

If Soularynthea cancels or changes a scheduled service, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling for a future date.

7.2 Information Products

Given the immediate access provided, all sales of digital courses, meditations, and e-books are final. No refunds are offered once access credentials have been issued. This policy protects our creative content from unauthorized duplication.

7.3 Goods

For unused and undamaged goods sent back within 14 days of delivery, Soularynthea will process your refund within ten business days after receiving and inspecting the item. To initiate, contact support with your order details.

8. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a booked service by notifying us at least 48 hours before the original date. Rescheduling requests made later may incur additional scheduling constraints.
